Very nice and helpful staff. Helped with a tourist information and directions. Also the location is perfect and the bathroom quite spacious.

The only bad thing is a very crowded breakfast room (it seems I managed to stumble upon some tourist group just before they were leaving). Of course, it was possible to eat in the restaurant room nearby, but still, the lines near the drink table were very long. Additionally, I could not find air conditioning in the room, although something was buzzing outside when the windows were open.

Hotel has a nice view and situated at the foot of a mountain.Room was quite nice and hotel staff was patient. Breakfast was good and served quite a lot of varieties.

The hotel does not offer free wireless. In my room, cable connection cost 12 euro for 24 hours which is crazy for me!! At last, I bought 4 euro for 1 hour and it went down for some reason after half an hour and I was not able to connect successful again. From this point, I think it does not worth its price.

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is right on the pedestrian zone. It is in close proximity to the railway station and various shops. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with wonderful views of the street below. the hotel offers a reasonable breakfast spread.

Some amenities may be lacking, such as coffee and tea-making facilities in rooms or free toiletries.

Noisy rooms, with traffic on one side and bars on the other. Lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable in warm weather.

The hotel staff and in particular the receptionist was very helpful, recommending local restaurants, bars etc. In addition we called hotel from Vaduz, Liechtenstien and they arranged for a local Austrian taxi to pick us up and return us to the hotel at half the price of taxi firm in Vaduz.

I loved the hotel's location, it's very close to the town center and the pedestrian zone of the old town. Also, there are plenty of restaurants opposite the hotel. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great.

We spent our New Year's Eve at a hotel that had a convenient location, right in the heart of the city. We especially enjoyed the festive decorations and live music that were provided by the hotel during the occasion. the breakfast buffet was delectable, and the staff ensured everything was adequately stocked.

Our room was quite small and cramped, and the bathroom had a moldy smell. We had to book two separate rooms for a much higher price than we were expecting, which was a let-down.
